What is a Chakra Balancing Sound Bath Meditation?
A chakra balancing sound bath is an ancient healing practice that uses vibrational sound waves to restore balance to the energy centers (chakras) within your body. During this experience, you'll be immersed in soothing sounds created by a combination of crystal singing bowls, strings, chimes, ethereal channelled vocals and other sacred sound healing instruments that resonate with each of the seven main chakras.
These healing vibrations help clear blockages, calm the mind, and restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit.
This is a guided chakra balancing meditation that pairs deep, intentional meditative affirmations with the healing frequencies of sound.
