Belbroughton Sound Bath Meditation

Come along to a beautiful candle lit space inside a restored tithe barn in the heart of tranquil Belbroughton, where all is required of you is to completely relax on your yoga mat!

During the guided meditation you will set your own intentions for your sound journey, where you will receive profound channelled vocal tones and healing frequencies, along with the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.

IMPORTANT: Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, cushions, blanket and water. If you need something to place under your knees to ease your back bring an extra pillow or rolled up towel.

Be warm & cosy! (chairs are available if needed but if you want to bring a camping chair for more comfort that's fine)
